Cheer the Raiders, Benefit the USS Hornet
In a football fundraiser, discounted tickets to five Oakland Raiders games will benefit the Aircraft Carrier Hornet Foundation.

From a USS Hornet Museum press release:
Alameda's is teaming up with the Oakland Raiders to provide discounted tickets during five selected fundraising games for the upcoming season.With this partnership, the Raiders donate a portion of each ticket sold to the USS Hornet Museum. In addition, tickets bought through this program are not subject to the ticket service charges.

- August 13 @ 5:00 PM vs. Dallas Cowboys
- October 21 @ 1:15 PM vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
- November 4 @ 1:05 PM vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- November 18 @ 1:05 PM vs. New Orleans Saints
- Dec 2 @ 1:15 PM vs. Cleveland Browns
As part of the program, the USS Hornet will get scoreboard recognition. And attendees who bought tickets through this program will have the opportunity to participate in game day activities.
“We are pleased to be able to work with the Raiders in this fundraising effort," said Randall Ramian, CEO of the USS Hornet Museum. “Over the past few years of participating in this program, the Hornet has been able to raise more than $10,000.”

Proceeds benefit the Aircraft Carrier Hornet Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, and support the preservation of the historic aircraft carrier and the educational programs of the USS Hornet Museum.
