Multi-Vehicle Crash At Bay Bridge Toll Plaza

OAKLAND, CA — A crash at the Bay Bridge toll plaza had two lanes blocked for an hour at the start of the morning commute, according to the California Highway Patrol. The numbers two and three lanes were impassible because of a three vehicle collision.

The crash was first reported at 5:42 a.m. At 6:42, the CHP reported that the vehicle had been moved to a parking lot and the lanes were once again in use.

At least one ambulance was sent to the scene.

Traffic is at a crawl for miles.
