El Cerrito Man Arrested For Marin County Crime
Home surveillance cameras captured video of two suspects burglarizing a home.

EL CERRITO, CA — San Rafael police Tuesday arrested a suspect in a residential burglary in San Rafael in February, a police lieutenant said Wednesday.
Surveillance cameras inside the Blossom Drive home showed a female suspect and an armed male suspect burglarizing the home, Lt. Dan Fink said.
Detective James Dooley identified the armed male suspect as James Pizzagrani, 33, of El Cerrito, and police sent law enforcement agencies in the Bay Area a wanted flyer identifying him as the armed and dangerous suspect, according to Fink.

Dooley learned Tuesday that Pizzagrani might be in a Richmond hotel in the area of West Cutting and Canal boulevards. San Rafael and Richmond police and the Marin County Major Crimes Task Force responded to the hotel and saw Pizzagrani leaving in a white vehicle, according to Fink.
Pizzagrani tried to escape by crashing into a police car behind him, but he was unable to leave the parking lot and struck a wall at the hotel, Fink said. He was arrested and booked in the Marin County Jail.

The second suspect in the burglary was identified through the video as Morgan Baugh, 28, of San Rafael. She is considered armed and dangerous, and anyone who sees her is asked to call 911 and avoid approaching her, Fink said.
Police said multiple items were taken in the burglary.
