Episcopal Senior Communities Foundation's 4th Annual Celtic Cup Raised Funds for At Risk Seniors

2015 Fundraiser Surpasses Last Year's Total

(San Francisco, Calif., July 9, 2015)--- Episcopal Senior Communities (ESC) Foundation recently held its 4th annual Celtic Cup Golf Tournament & Fashion Show Fundraiser and raised a record breaking total to help serve seniors in need. The funds will provide life-changing support for seniors throughout the Bay Area.

The money raised at the Celtic Cup will benefit ESC’s Senior Resources programs, which assist over 15,000 isolated and low-income seniors each year across the Bay Area. Funds will also help support services within ESC’s affordable senior housing communities, which provide more than 800 low-income seniors with vibrant homes and an active network of friends, neighbors and advocates.

On June 8th, 124 golfers enjoyed a sunny day on the challenging greens of the Moraga Country Club while supporters, friends, and staff all gathered for a lovely fashion show from Nina McLemore. The event also included silent and live auctions as well as a program honoring ESC’s supporters and staff who have been instrumental in improving the lives of seniors throughout the organization’s 50 years of service.
