
Producers of the spring musical at SJND have added an extra performance to accommodate what are expected to be sell-out crowds for the popular show Hairspray.
Opening night is April 1, and an extra performance has been added for 7:30 p.m. on April 7.
Tickets are now on sale. Prices: $12, adults; $9, students and seniors; and, $5 for children. Use this ticket order form.

Hairspray is the story of how teenager Tracy Turnblad teaches 1962 Baltimore a thing or two about integration after landing a spot on a local TV dance show. SJND Freshman Alexa Martinez will play the role of Tracy Turnblad.
The show is April 1 and 2 and April 8 and 9 at 7:30 p.m., as well as 7:30 p.m. on April 7. A Sunday matinee is April 3 at 2 p.m. It will be presented in the theater of St. Joseph Elementary School, adjacent to the SJND campus.
