Altarena Playhouse announces open auditions for The Rocky Horror Show, directed and choreographed by Christina Lazo, with musical direction by Cary Litchford.
Auditions: Sunday, June 26 and Monday, 27 – 7:00pm
Callbacks Wednesday, June 29 – 6:30 pm
Rehearsals begin mid to late July, depending on cast schedules.
Performances Sept 23 – Oct 30, Fri/Sat 8pm, Sun 2pm, Thurs Oct 27 (only) at 8pm. We are considering adding one or two late-night performances but it would not extend the range of dates.
Non-AEA, Stipend offeredAuditions, most rehearsals, and all performances will be held at Altarena Playhouse, 1409 High Street, Alameda, CA 94501, convenient to public transportation

Prepare 32 bars of a rock song or a song from a rock musical, preferably NOT from The Rocky Horror Show
Bring your own sheet music, accompanist provided
Be prepared for movement (will be taught routine)
