On Thursday, Jones Dickson announced that Tatmon had been charged with three counts of murder, possession of a firearm by a felon, and felony possession of ammunition. He faces life in prison without the possibility of parole if convicted of the charges.
Pharr, meanwhile, was charged with assault with a semiautomatic gun and possession of a firearm by a felon, authorities said. His charges include multiple sentencing enhancements, including one that would make this his third strike if convicted.
