Peralta Colleges Foundation- Celebrating 50 Years of Serving the Community through Education
Annual Scholarship Dinner and Fundraiser
The Peralta Colleges Foundation was established to support academic excellence and success throughout the District. For more than 50 years, Peralta Community Colleges have been a vital source of economic development and growth within our region. We accomplish this by building partnerships to raise scholarship funds for committed students along with providing financial support to the Peralta Community College District’s four campuses. March 5th will be a special evening to highlight the successes of our District and Alumni.
In particular, we will honor the following outstanding 2015 Partner in Education and Hall of Fame Awardees: UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, Oakland; Stella Carakasi, Clothing Designer & Entrepreneur; Bobby Seale, Co-Founder of the Black Panthers, Social Justice Activist
