Police issued a warning about the suspect earlier this month after several Oakland residents reported seeing a man sneaking around in their yards, peeking into their homes, and then engaging in "inappropriate behavior," according to authorities.
The suspect has been linked to at least six incidents, and police believe other reports dating back to March 2025 are also connected, police said.
