Summer weekends and holidays can be packed at the beach, but weekdays can be blessedly peaceful.
ALAMEDA, CA — A few days after the busy 4th of July holiday, Claus Weisemann found the beach nearly empty as the air was clear and fresh, and clouds on the horizon started to move in over the city in the distance. Thank you for sharing your photo!
