Prenatal Partner Yoga workshop. Leela Yoga. 11/9, 2-5pm

Join Doula Amy Vlacich, and Prenatal Yoga instructor Beth Zygielbaum for this sweet workshop designed for the pregnant woman and her birth partner (husband, wife, doula, friend, sister, etc). Workshop will include discussion, yoga practice, partner poses, hands on techniques for supporting the birthing woman, breathing exercises and meditation, and a resource packet.

Price per couple: $40 early registration, $50 week of workshop.
