Prenatal Partners Workshop, Sunday 11/9

Join birth doula, Amy Vlacich, and prenatal yoga instructor, Beth Zygielbaum, for this sweet workshop designed for the pregnant woman and her birth partner (husband, wife, doula, sister, friend, etc). Workshop will include discussion, yoga practice, partner poses, hands-on techniques for supporting the birthing woman, breathing exercises and meditation, and a resource packet.
