This set was purchased in 2006 for $1800. It's in terrific shape. There are a couple of minor scratches on the case that you'd have to look hard to find (and mostly on the back panel), but in terms of picture quality, I'd say it's indistinguishable from the day I opened the carton. It's a Sony, after all, that's why I pay the extra few bucks.

Now, it doesn't do 1080p; also, the tuner doesn't get current over-the-air, so you'd need to connect the set to a cable or satellite or Roku or something. I think this would make an excellent bedroom or kitchen "second set", or very possibly a presentation display for a small office.

The original user manual and original remote — which also still works almost-new — are included. I'll even throw in a set of batteries.

$150 you come and get it, $200 I bring it to you (Bay Area only)
