Distraught Man Who Climbed Bay Bridge Talked Down
Traffic backed up for miles as the incident unfolded.

OAKLAND, CA - A man who climbed onto the Bay Bridge structure, snarling traffic for hours has been safely talked down from his perch. Both westbound lanes that had been closed have reopened, according to the CHP.
