Do you spend long hours at the computer? Who doesn’t these days?!

As that’s become our society’s norm, hand, wrist, neck and shoulder injuries are on the rise. Learn simple yoga stretches and preventive self-care techniques that anyone can do during short breaks at work to help counter the detrimental effects of too much sitting and computer time. Practiced regularly, basic yoga exercises will increase circulation and range of motion, help prevent injuries, improve posture, avert energy stagnation and boost the immune system. This is a beginning-level workshop -- no previous experience required. $25 early registration, $30 week of workshop.
