Driver Injured In Vehicle Collision With RivCo Building

It is the second vehicle to crash into a building in the county in the span of 24 hours.

MORENO VALLEY, CA — Firefighters responded after a vehicle crashed into a structure late Friday morning in Moreno Valley, authorities said.

The collision was reported at 10:52 a.m. in the 12000 block of Day Street. Fire crews arrived to find a vehicle that had driven into a building, according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.

The driver sustained minor injuries but declined further medical treatment at the scene. No other injuries were reported.

The cause of the crash was not immediately available.

Another crash into a building was reported across the county in Temecula on Thursday night, inflicting major damage to a business the 33200 block of Temecula Parkway in Temecula.
