Swallowtail Butterfly Visits Flower: Photos Of The Day

BERKELEY, CA — Robert Heller shared a pair of spectacular photos that he took of a swallowtail butterfly in Berkeley back in 2018, one with a bee also in the shot. Robert was determined to get the photos. He tells Patch, "I was standing on a 12" wall holding on to the fence with the phone in the air pointed in the direction of the butterfly with a 3 second timer on. Just hoping to catch a good picture and also hoping for multiple attempts as the butterfly was very fleeting LOL."

That is determination!
