Optimizing Our Highways: Moving More People With Fewer Cars

Transportation experts will explain creative ways to decrease traffic congestion on Highway 101 and improve mobility.

From the Citizens Environmental Council of Burlingame: Wednesday, April 30. “Optimizing Our Highways: Moving More People With Fewer Cars.” 7 to 8:30 p.m., Burlingame Public Library, 480 Primrose Road, Burlingame. Transportation experts will explain creative ways to decrease traffic congestion on Highway 101 and improve mobility via methods that also achieve equity and environmental sustainability.

Admission is free, and refreshments will be served. Presented by the Citizens Environmental Council of Burlingame (CEC) and cosponsored by the City of Burlingame, this program is part of a “Connecting Communities” series on equitable and sustainable transportation sponsored by TransForm and the Silicon Valley Climate Action Alliance.
