TRAFFIC ALERT: Hillsborough Road Closed for Repairs After Landslide

The following is a news release from the Hillsborough Police Department:

The 6900 Block of Skyline Blvd. (between Hayne Rd and Chateau Dr.) will be subject to one-way traffic and road closures to repair an active landslide from January 6th through January 16th

This project has been scheduled and coordinated to allow one-way traffic flow on Skyline Blvd so that the road is open during the heaviest traffic on Skyline Blvd which also coincides with Nueva Schools drop-off and pick-up times to reduce the traffic impacts on the neighborhood streets.

• North bound traffic will be permitted from 7:30am until 9am only.

• South bound traffic will be permitted after 3:30pm until 7am the following day only.

The surrounding neighborhoods and have been notified of the project and additional measures and methods to reduce traffic speed in the neighborhood are being deployed in a coordinated effort with HPD and HPW.
