Kimberly Herrell Rejoins Schubach Aviation as Director of Charter Sales

Carlsbad resident Kimberly Herrell has rejoined Schubach Aviation, San Diego’s leading air charter company (www.schubachaviation.com), as its director of charter sales, announced Henry Schubach, president of the firm.

 Herrell directs the company’s team of charter sales representatives, overseeing both sales initiatives and travel coordination. In this role, she leads the company in its mission to provide superior client service at all levels of its day-to-day operations. She also oversees advertising, graphic design, public relations, and social media activities and coordinates efforts with the firm’s marketing consultants.

 A 10-year veteran of the customer service field, Herrell originally joined Schubach Aviation in 2005 as a charter sales coordinator. In January of 2010, she and her newly wed husband, Ryan Herrell, embarked on an 11-month-long sojourn to South America & Europe, traveling throughout Argentina, Uruguay, Belgium, France, Italy and Spain.

Herrell draws both on her extensive background in customer service and her recent travel experiences to provide the optimum level of client service at Schubach Aviation. While traveling, she had the opportunity to volunteer at a chateau chambre d'hotes in Normandy, France, and at a four-star villa and winery in Puglia, Italy.

 Prior to working at Schubach Aviation, she served three years as a charter sales coordinator for Million Air Salt Lake City, a leading charter air carrier there. She also served three years as a concierge at the five-star Grand America Hotel, also located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Trained in “Five Star Customer Service” by Ritz Carlton, and certified in a leading flight attendant program, she brings valuable guest service,  hospitality skills and training methods to Schubach Aviation’s service team.

 Born and raised in Orem, Utah, Herrell currently resides in Carlsbad, Calif. with her husband. She enjoys traveling, slow-food-style cooking, hosting dinner parties for friends and family, and spending time outdoors.
