Technical Tip:

If you aren't used to watching videos on the Internet, try this little trick to remove the stutter: See the white-ish oval shape that travels along the horizontal line below the video? It shows where you are in the video's timeline, as in at the beginning, middle or end. 

Let the video run for 25 seconds or so, letting it stutter along the way. Then put your cursor on the oval shape and drag the oval back to the beginning of the video timeline. This will let you watch without having to wait through the stutters.
