• Son Stabs Father To Death While Intervening In Parent's Fight In Castro Valley: Reports (patch.com) — Residents of Castro Valley are reeling after deputies say a 20-year-old man fatally stabbed his father while trying to intervene in a fight between his parents on Parsons Avenue Saturday afternoon. Authorities report the father was found with stab wounds, taken to a local hospital, and later died, while the son's and mother's conditions and identities have not yet been released.
