Traffic will still flow in remaining lanes, and all turn pockets and business driveways stay open, but drivers should allow extra time and use caution in the construction zone.

• California Consulting Clients Secure Nearly $6.5 Million in Proposition 64 Public Health and Safety Grant Awards (californiacitynews.org) — Cathedral City has secured a $4.5 million state Proposition 64 Public Health and Safety grant to boost local public safety and community health programs. The award, part of a highly competitive statewide funding round, will support projects addressing cannabis legalization impacts and enforcement, bringing significant new resources directly into the city.
