New Park Bench on Lime Ridge Open Space Trail

Neighbors and other users of the 175-acre Lime Ridge Open Space would like to thank City Councilman Edi Birsan and the Public Works and Parks and Recreation departments of the City of Concord for the new park bench recently installed on the lower walking trail circling the open space and overlooking San Miguel Road and the Treat valley.

Up until now, the only park benches available were those at the very top of the inner peak, inaccessible to seniors and others with limited mobility.

The new park bench now makes it possible for everyone walking the trail to take a breather for a few minutes while admiring the view of the valley and the setting sun. Thank you, Edi.
