• Former drama director and English teacher Hannah Gould resigns from her position (elestoque.org) — A longtime Cupertino High School drama director and English teacher, Arcadia Conrad, has left CHS to lead the drama department at nearby MVHS after Hannah Gould's resignation. Cupertino drama students and families may feel the impact as Conrad brings her collaborative, text-focused teaching style and plans for major productions while honoring existing student traditions like MV SNL and original playwright showcases. 
• Apple's Siri Lawsuit Settlement: When Can You File a Claim For Your Piece of the Action? (mactrast.com) — Cupertino-based Apple has agreed to a $250 million settlement over delayed Siri AI features, and eligible U.S. iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 16 buyers could receive $25 to $95 per device. If court-proposed dates are approved, notices should start going out around September 21, 2026, with about 90 days for residents to file online claims before payments likely arrive next year.
