Danville 'Scarecrow Stroll' Coming This Fall
The town is seeking 20 local businesses interested in decorating and displaying a scarecrow.
DANVILLE, CA — Though health officials are discouraging trick-or-treating, the town of Danville still plans to bring some fall fun to residents.
As part of the first-ever Scarecrow Stroll event, 20 businesses who elect to participate will receive a scarecrow kit to decorate and display in front of their business. Check out the scarecrows from Oct. 19 to Nov. 30.
Find a favorite? Nominate post a photo to nominate your scarecrow for the "People's Choice" award by tagging @livelocallydanville and @danvilleparksca on Instagram. Be sure to hashtag the picture #ScarecrowStroll and vote between Oct. 30 to Nov. 28.
