Watch: Ducklings Reunited With Mom After Getting Stuck In Drain
You've got to see the video of this spec-quack-ular reunion, made possible thanks to a Town of Danville maintenance worker.
DANVILLE, CA — A group of ducklings were reunited with their mom after getting stuck inside a storm drain in Danville.
Resident Sam Yu spotted the sweet animals in the drain and called on the town for help. Nick Gault, Danville maintenance specialist, responded to the scene with a collapsible laundry hamper and a shovel. He scooped the birds out of the drain and temporarily moved them into the hamper.
When all were accounted for, the ducklings were let out of the hamper. When they heard their mama's quack, they turned to find her hurrying toward them.
