About the experts!

I have contacted the experts. Very few of them reply. Mr. Ken Yenke doesn't believe Morris Michtom made bears by hand before the Michtoms founded The Ideal Novelty and Toy co. in 1907. He says this in his article. Although the teddy bear scout took pictures of my bear one day, to send to her expert, Ken Yenke. She was to get back to me but she never did! Also I have sent emails and pictures to bears and buds, never a reply. An email to Linda Mullins with pictures. She said, by bears face looks like the 1907 Columbia teddy bear Mfg. the 1907 Laughing Teddy Roosevelt bear, with the exception of the bears muzzel. She said my old bear looks like someone put a different muzzel and mouth on it.!! this means to me she has never seen my old bears face ever before! My old bear is in all original condition as it can get! Never been altered! My thoughts are, The Columbia bear co. of N.Y. in 1907 tried to duplicate Michtoms original style with this laughing T/R bear. I have a very early, undocumented Ideal bear circa 1903. The rarest bear of them all! If the expert new about my bears style, he would be in their books and on the cover of their books, Right!
