Community Update

It was the summer of 2011. I was at Vallejo, Ca. Fair Grounds walking around a Doll and Teddy Bear Show with my old bear. Stopping at many teddy bear artist tables showing off my old bear. This lady says to me she has many years experience as a teddy bear restorer. And that my old bear was an Ideal bear alright! And that I have the million dollar bear! I told her that I didn't want to hear that. My old bear belongs in the Smithsonian Institute! I moved on very quickly holding my bear! Later that week I looked up this lady and it turns out she is a very well respected person in today's Teddy Bear Artist World with many years experience restoring vintage bears.!
