Help for overwhelmed parents is here: this nationally-acclaimed course teaches parents how to safely intervene and change their teens’ problematic behaviors.
Taught by certified educators, the Parent Project is solution-focused and activity-based. Participants will learn effective, step-by-step techniques that can be used in everyday life. The weekly three-hour sessions include a support group that gives parents a chance to share experiences, collaborate, and reduce feelings of isolation. Participants will also learn about other local resources that can help support long-lasting, positive changes in families’ lives.
