• Richmond Woman Charged With Attempted Murder of 8 Police Officers (news-usa.today) — Residents in the Richmond–El Cerrito border neighborhood were ordered to shelter in place during a four-hour standoff on Key Boulevard, where prosecutors say a woman fired more than 30 rifle rounds and wounded a veteran officer. The suspect now faces 19 felony counts, including eight attempted murder charges against police officers.
