EL CERRITO, CA —Police arrested a suspect Tuesday morning after he allegedly caused a disturbance at a BART station in El Cerrito. According to BART police, at 7:45 a.m. the male suspect was creating a disturbance on a Solano County transit bus at the El Cerrito Del Norte BART station. The suspect was found to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself, police said.The suspect was detained by BART police.
