Update: Family Of Disoriented Elder Found In Fremont Notified

FREMONT, CA — Fremont Police say that the family of 80-year-old Sing Ing has been identified and notified.

Earlier, police reported that Sing Ing had been found near Lake Elizabeth. He could not remember his address and does not speak English.

At 3:29 p.m., police announced on Nixle that the situation had been resolved.
