Man injured after intentionally being hit by car in Fresno, police say (abc30.com) — A man was seriously injured Saturday night after police say a driver intentionally hit him near Dickey Playground at Calaveras Street and Voorman Avenue in downtown Fresno. Officers are investigating the case as felony assault and are still searching for the vehicle and driver. Anyone who may have seen something in that area is urged to contact Fresno police.

Horrific moment sports car crosses Fresno highway and flips trailer truck (amedpost.com) — Drivers in Fresno County are seeing new dashcam footage of a violent crash on State Route 33 at Coalinga-Mendota Road, where a speeding Acura crossed the center line and hit a gravel truck, flipping its trailers. Both drivers were injured but survived, and the wreck spilled gravel and diesel across the highway, underscoring safety concerns on this busy rural route.
