A veteran powerhouse: The versatile DAVE SAMUELS, vibraphone and marimba, has performed and recorded with Oscar Peterson and Stan Getz to the Yellowjackets and Frank Zappa. Afro-Cuban/Latin percussionist/drummer ALEX ACUNA has also played for Elvis Presley, Diana Ross and Weather Report. BILL O’CONNELL has been the pianist, arranger and contributing composer with jazz flutist Dave Valentin while working with the likes of Mongo Santamaria, Kenny Rankin, Sonny Rollins, and more.
