24/7 Theatre Without a Safety Net!

The details: Seven writers, seven directors, and seven groups of actors gather together Friday, August 21st, at the Raven and, with the help of the audience, select a theme that will inspire the writers to each write a ten-minute play. The audience also votes on one line of dialogue that must be in each play. The writers then have until 8 am Saturday to write their plays; the directors and actors rehearse from 10 am to 4 pm, returning to the Raven at 4:30 to do a quick tech run in preparation for performing all seven plays at 7:30 pm to an eager and enthusiastic audience.

August 21st, 7:30PM: Audience selects a theme to guide the playwrights.
Aug 22nd, 7:30PM: Performance of all seven 10-minute plays created in the previous 24 hours!
