City Of Healdsburg: New RFQ For Affordable Housing

The City of Healdsburg is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from development teams to design and develop an affordable housing project (Project) on a 3.53 acre parcel located at 155 Dry Creek Road, Healdsburg, CA (Site).

The intent of this RFQ is to identify the most vision-driven, well-qualified team to enter into a collaborative public/private partnership with the City of Healdsburg with which to work exclusively on the design and development of the Site. Interested development teams are encouraged to apply.
