The City Hall Addition and Alteration Project renovated a surplus of underutilized space in the old 9,200-square-foot City Hall and built a two-story, 4,300-square-foot addition, along with installing HVAC and making other improvements and repairs, officials said.
Due to the expansion, staff from community development, engineering and utility departments were able to move from a rented warehouse behind City Hall to the rehabilitated facilities.
