Consider adopting resolution approving a Professional Services Agreement with Walker Parking Consultants in the amount of $34,000 to prepare a parking and in lieu fee determination study and authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City (Planning and Building Director Nelson)
D. Consider adopting resolution approving an appropriation and construction budget of $257,000 for the Vintage Hills Storm Drain Rehabilitation Project (Project), accepting the bid of Miksis Services, Inc. as the lowest responsive bid, conditionally awarding the Project bid to Miksis Services, Inc. in the amount of $205,546 and authorizing the City Manager to execute the Project Contract on behalf of the City (Planning and Building Director Nelson)

E. Consider adopting resolution awarding a Professional Services Agreement for generator maintenance services to Peterson Power Systems in the amount of $127,187 and authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement (Assistant City Manager Mickaelian)
F. Consider adopting the following resolutions: (1) adopting the FY 2013-14 Operating Budget; (2) adopting the 2013-14 Capital Improvement Program; and (3) rescinding Resolution No. 67-2012 and re-establishing the list of authorized positions (Administrative Services Director Hayes)
