The City of Healdsburg Public Works Department is alerting residents to traffic restrictions today -- Thursday -- as work crews fix a water service break on March Avenue between Prentice Drive and University Avenue.
Traffic will be restricted to one lane.
Two-way traffic will be maintained by flaggers.
