Hollywood's Meghan Markle Among Time's Most Influential People

HOLLYWOOD, CA —Hollywood’s own Meghan Markle, soon to be the world’s most famous princess, is one of Time's "100 most influential people of 2018."

The “Suits” star and Prince Harry’s fiancée, was chosen for her compassion and “drive to break down stereotypes,” noted famed Indian actress Priyanka Chopra, who wrote about the Hollywood native for Time magazine.

“With her, what you see is real, and what you get is a relatable young woman with her heart and mind in the right place,” wrote Chopra. “Her compassion, evident in the causes she supports, and her drive to break down stereotypes—obvious in her actions—will connect her to a generation in much need of kindness.”

Soon to be British royalty, Markle is Hollywood’s princess. She’s no stranger to the dreams and the heartache of an aspiring actor, having written about her own challenges trying to carve out roles as a biracial actress.

That may be why she’s such an inspiration.

“People the world can be inspired by. Meghan, standing shoulder to shoulder with Harry, will be a princess for the people,” wrote Chopra.
