1 Dead, 10 Displaced At Apartment Fire In Imperial Beach: Report
One person was killed and 10 others were displaced during a second-alarm fire Sunday morning in Imperial Beach, officials said.
IMPERIAL BEACH, CA — One person died and 10 others were displaced during a second-alarm fire Sunday morning at an apartment building in Imperial Beach, according to officials and media reports.
Firefighters were dispatched at 5:20 a.m. to the 500 block of 7th Street, said Imperial Beach Fire Department Chief John French.
An 80-year-old person was pronounced dead at the scene, ABC10 News reported.
