Book Sale Benefitting Laguna Beach Library Gears Up For Opening
Residents on the hunt for great deals on books before school starts were encouraged to stop by the event on Saturday.
LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Are you on the hunt for discounted books in Laguna Beach? The annual Back-To-School Friends of the Library Blowout Book Sale takes place Saturday, Aug. 19, and residents were encouraged to attend.
According to library representatives, the book sale will feature great discounts on quality books, as well as an option to fill a bag full of books for $5.
All proceeds raised from the book sale go directly to supporting the needs and programs in the Laguna Beach Library, officials said, and participating residents were asked to bring cash.

The Blowout Book Sale takes place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 19 at the Laguna Beach Library Book Store, 363 Glenneyre Street.
