A former child-care worker at Hoag Hospital as well as daycares in Costa Mesa, UC Irvine and Cal State Fullerton was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison Monday for sexually assaulting a three-year-old girl.

Thomas Burke Pulver, who had faced eight felony counts of lewd acts on a child - a female relative - pleaded no contest to two counts of oral copulation with a child 10 years old or younger.
