Brush Fire Reported Off I-15 Near Elsinore

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — Riverside County fire crews were en route Monday to the scene of a possible brush fire in the Lake Elsinore area, reports indicate. The blaze was first spotted off the 15 freeway, near Main Street, at 1:11 p.m. according to California Highway Patrol logs.

Several people reported seeing smoke in the area, according to the CHP.

Riverside County fire reports indicated that crews were dispatched to the scene.
