Deadly Wildomar Wreck: Victim Identified In Major Crash

A series of serious crashes all occurred within three days in the area.

WILDOMAR, CA — A 75-year-old man killed in a two-car collision at a Wildomar intersection has been publicly identified. Harry Medinger of Wildomar was a passenger in one of the sedans that crashed at Bundy Canyon Road and Harvest Way about 1:35 p.m. Thursday.

Riverside County sheriff's Sgt. James Woodland said a black Hyundai and white BMW collided while traveling at unknown speeds through the intersection.

Medinger, who was riding in the front passenger seat of the Hyundai, was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. Both drivers suffered minor injuries. Bundy Canyon was shut down for six hours while an investigation was conducted.
