Elsinore Area Pot Shop Raided, Police Seize Evidence
The operation was spearheaded by the Riverside County District Attorney's Office.

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — Authorities shut down and raided a marijuana dispensary in Lake Elsinore on Thursday morning as part of a coordinated effort targeting similar businesses across Riverside County, the District Attorney's Office said.
The dispensary, located in the 1900 block of Grand Avenue in the unincorporated area of Riverside County, was one of 10 dispensaries that was operating without a proper license, according to John Hall of the Riverside County D.A.'s Office.
Hall said the Lake Elsinore area pot shop and the others were all served with search warrants, evidence was seized and the operators were being served with cease and desist orders. The warrants were served as part of an operation that has been in the works for months thanks to the efforts of the DA's Cannabis Regulation Task Force, he said.
