City leaders say the shop reflects the city's growing role as an economic and entertainment hub, joining other new attractions and destination-type projects drawing visitors to the area.

• Celeste Rivas Hernandez Family Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit Against D4vd (iheart.com) — The family of Lake Elsinore teenager Celeste Rivas Hernandez has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against singer D4vd and several associates, following her killing and his ongoing murder case in Los Angeles. They allege he began a sexual relationship with her at 13, arranged rides from Lake Elsinore to his Hollywood Hills home, and that multiple adults around him failed to stop the alleged abuse.
