• Landscaping Work May Cause Delays On Highway 74 In Lake Elsinore Starting Sept. 14: Caltrans (patch.com) — Drivers in Lake Elsinore should prepare for daytime delays on Highway 74 as Caltrans crews handle tree trimming and weed abatement from Monday through Wednesday. One-way traffic control with flaggers will be in place between Long Canyon and Monte Vista Street, and between Morrell Canyon and Decker Canyon, so motorists are urged to slow down and watch for work-zone signs.
