Wildomar Man, 71, Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Teen Boy
The suspect was arrested in connection with alleged lewd acts with a 16-year-old, officials said.

WILDOMAR, CA — A Wildomar man was arrested Thursday, accused of lewd and lascivious acts with a minor, following an investigation conducted by the Investigations Bureau of the Riverside County Sheriff's Department's Lake Elsinore station.
As follow-up to the "extensive" investigation that began in June, a search warrant was served Thursday by the Problem Oriented Policing Team on the 35000 block of Momat Avenue in Wildmar, and Charles Kip Yotter, 71, was arrested, the agency said.
Yotter is accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old boy in December 2018, deputies said.

The man was to be booked at the Robert Presley Detention Center in Riverside for suspicion of oral copulation with a minor, forced oral copulation of a minor and forcible penetration with a foreign object, the department said.
